Daddy/Daughter Ball 2015

Saturday, March 14th 6:30pm-8:00pm. Doors open at 6pm. Dads, dance the night away with your Princess!!! Enjoy the live DJ, sweet snacks, and take home a memorable photo. The Ball is a special evening for Dads and Daughters. We ask that Mothers do not attend!!!

EACH PERSON ATTENDING THE BALL WILL NEED TO PURCHASE A TICKET.

Welcome to the Coffeyville Recreation Commission's Online Signup Page. Thank you for taking the time to signup online with the CRC.

 

The mission of the CRC is to promote the use of recreation in generating an exciting, dynamic quality of life by providing quality facilities and programs to meet the ever-changing needs and interests of individuals of all ages and abilities.

CRC REFUND POLICY

YOUTH SPORTS/ACTIVITIES

A full refund will be made if a sports event or activity has to be cancelled due to lack of enrollment. If a participant chooses to withdraw from an activity, notification to the CRC offices must be made prior to the activity/games beginning. There will be no refunds after any activity takes place or game schedule is underway.

ADULT PROGRAMS/ACTIVITIES

A full refund will be made if a program or activity has to be cancelled due to lack of enrollment. All adult team programs are required to pay a $50.00 deposit to guarantee entry into the league by a specified deadline. If a team chooses to withdraw from the League, notification to the CRC offices must be made prior to the coaches meeting being conducted and the $50.00 deposit will be returned. In the event a team withdraws after the coaches meeting convenes, the $50.00 deposit will be forfeited. All team fees will be forfeited once league play begins.

A full refund will be made if an activity has to be cancelled due to lack of enrollment. If adult activities require a monthly enrollment fee and a participant chooses to withdraw, notification to the CRC offices must be made prior to the activity beginning and the fee will be refunded back to the participant. There will be no refunds after the activity begins for the month.
